What is a Graphic Designer?
A graphic designer is both an artist and a computer engineer. Using computer software, we digitally layout text, photos, illustrations, colors, shapes and backgrounds to create the images that you see printed on virtually everything.
Why use a Graphic Designer?
Nothing can go to a professional printer without first being layed out by a graphic artist. Printers only accept high-quality, camera ready artwork in certain file formats. You can either find and hire your own graphic designer or use the design services offered through your printer.
What software to you use to design?
We are currently running the Adobe CS4 Design Premium suite. Programs include:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Bridge and Acrobat.
